A Resolution* OF The CITY C*JNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFO*NIA, EXP1*ESSING INThNT
TO APPLY SALARY AN') BE**'IT *ADJUSTMENTS
i*ET**OACTIVELY TO JULY 1, 1985.
* representatives of the City of La Quinta and the La Quinta City
E*ployees' Association have net and conferred in good faith regarding salary and
benefit adjustments and related matters for Fiscal Year 1985-1986; and
WHEREAS, because of the press of time, it is necessary to continue the meet
and confer process beyond July 1, 1985; and
WHE*E*, it is the goal of both parties to achieve an agreement in these
matters.
N*, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California to express its intent to apply salary and benefit adjustir*nts for
Fiscal Year 1985-1986 retroactively to July 1, 1985.
