RESOLUTION NO.85-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING APPLICATION
TO PRESENT A LATE CLAIM DONALD E. GOMSI)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, that the application to present a late claim pursuant
to government codes section 911.4 and 911.6, presented by Donald
E. Gomsi through its attorneys Klinedinst and Meiser is hereby
denied.
