RESOLUTION NO. 85-93
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 85-68, RELATIVE TO CITY
ATTORNEY COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1985, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 85-68,
establishing the compensation of officers and employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is now deemed desirable to amend Section 1 thereof, relative
only to the compensation of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta hereby amends
Section 1 of Resolution No. 85-68 by amending Exhibit A Schedule of Salary
Ranges) by amending the salary range for the unclassified position of City
Attorney, only, to read as follows:
City Attorney $2,693*44/month
Except as herein amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of
Resolution No. 85-68 are hereby reconfirmed and shall remain in full force and
effect.
