RESOLUTION NO. 85-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
84-25, DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, that Resolution No. 84-25 hereby is amended as
follows:
SECTION 1. Authorized signatures on all accounts, warrants
and checks shall be as follows:
John J. Pena*a Mayor
Frank M. Usher City Manager
Becky Kochell City Treasurer
On warrants and checks, any two of the above signatures
must be original.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1985.
