A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY
DEDICATION OF LOT A, TRACT NO. 19903.
WHEREAS, on April 25, 1985, the final subdivision nap for Tract
No. 19903 was recorded in the office of the County Recorder, County of
Riverside; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the owner's certificate for said Tract No. 19903,
the owner thereof offered to dedicate for public use for street and utility
purposes, Lot A of said Tract No. 19903, all in accordance with Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, it is now the intent of the City to accept said offer of
dedication for public street and utility purposes by this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council hereby accepts the offer of dedication for
public use for street and utility purposes of Lot A, Tract
No. 19903.
2. The legal description of said Lot A is as follows:
Lot A, Tract 19903, as recorded in Book 149 of Tract
Maps, at pages 83-87, in the office of the County
Recorder, County of Riverside, California."
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the original
of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder,
County of Riverside.
