A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-6, ADOPTING
FEES RELATING TO SIGN APPLICATION
REVIEW FEES.
WHEREAS, the La Quinta City Council has adopted Resolution
No. 85-6, establishing fees for permit, plan reviews, and other
activities undertaken pursuant to building and construction
regulations; and
WHEREAS, the State Government Code provides that fees may
be collected to cover the cost of administering permits, plan review
and inspection activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the La Quinta City
Council does hereby resolve that Resolution No. 85-6 be amended by
adding thereto Table No. 14 Sign Application Review Fees, to read
as contained in Exhibit A", attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
La Quinta City Council held on this 15 day of *ept., 1987.
