A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, ACCEPTING PUBLIC STREET
AND UTILITY DEDICATION OF LOT C, PARCEL
0 * MAP 20862.
WHEREAS, on December 23, 1985, the Final Map for Parcel
No. 20862 was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, County
of Riverside,; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the owner's certificate for said
Parcel No. 20862, the owner thereof offered to dedicate for public
use for street and utility purposes, Lot C of said Parcel No. 20862,
all in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, it is now the intent of the City to accept
said offer of dedication for public street and utility purposes by
this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La
Quinta does resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby accepts the offer of
dedication for public use for street and utility
purposes of Lot C, Parcel No. 20862.
2. The legal description of said Lot C is as follows:
Lot C, Parcel 20862, as recorded in Book 133 of
Parcel Maps, at Pages 17 and 18, in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of Riverside,
California.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the
original of this resolution in the Office of the
County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 20th day of October,
1987.
