RESOLUTION NO. 88- 5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE TITLE 111-B AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO DRAW FUNDS.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of La Quinta,
a) California, does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute
the Title Ill-B Supportive Services Agreement for Fiscal Year
Cr) beginning July 1, 1987 and ending June 30, 1988 between the
* Riverside County Office on Aging and the City of La Quinta.; and

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of La Quinta, further
authorizes the Finance Director to draw on said funds.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1988.
