RESOLUTION NO. 88-139
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA SETTING THE DATE AND TIME OF
THE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE LA QUINTA
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 2 AND THE
FINAL EIR PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency the Il*gencyt?)
has initiated proceedings for the adoption of the Redevelopment
Plan for the La Quinta Redevelopment Project Area No. 2.

o NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
AS FOLLOWS:
Co SECTION 1. The City Council hereby sets as the time and
place of the Joint Public Hearing on the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for the La Quinta Redevelopment Project Area No. 2 and the
Final Environmental Impact Report, prepared in connection
therewith, the following:

PLACE: City of La Quinta, City Council Chambers

SECTION 2. The City Clerk in cooperation with the
Executive Director is authorized and directed to give notice of
such public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta at its regular meeting held this 20th day of December,
1988 by the following vote to wit:

Rushworth, Sniff, Mayor Pena
