A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, ACCEPTING PUBLIC STREET
AND UTILITY DEDICATION OF LOT D and LOT E, PARCEL MAP 9618
WHEREAS, on January 26, 1979, the Final Map for Parcel
No. 9618 was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, County of
Riverside,; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the owner's certificate for said
Parcel No. 9618, the owner thereof offered to dedicate for public use
street and utility purposes, Lot D and Lot E of said Parcel No. 9618,
all in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, it is now the intent of the City to accept
said offer of dedication for public street and utility purposes by
this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La
Quinta does resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby accepts the offer of
dedication for public use for street and utility
purposes of Lot D and Lot E, Parcel No. 9618.
2. The legal description of said Lot D, is as follows:
Lot D, Parcel 9618, as recorded in Book 60 of the
County Recorder, County of Riverside, California."
3. The legal description of said Lot E, is as follows:
Lot E, Parcel No. 9618, as recorded in Book 60 of
Parcel Maps, at Page 18, in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of Riverside, California."
4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the
original of this resolution in the Office of the
County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 4th day of April,
1989.
