RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF BIDS AND
APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 89-2, IMPROVEMENT
BONDS, SERIES A
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that bids be
received on the Assessment District No. 89-2 Improvement Bonds,
Series A on June 15, 1989, that the official statement prepared
by Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, presented to this City
Council on this date, is approved in substantially the form
presented; that the official statement is authorized to be
mailed to prospective bidders for the Assessment District No.
89-2, Improvement Bonds, Series A with such additions and
corrections thereto as may be necessary to make said official
statement current prior to mailing, together with the Notice of
Sale attached hereto as Exhibit A and that Fieldman, Rolapp &
Associates is authorized to publish a notice of sale in the
Bond Buyer not less than 15 days prior to said sale.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of May, 1989.
