A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE TIME OF
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Municipal Code Section
2.04.010, the City Council does hereby establish the meeting
time for regular meetings of the City Council to be 7:00 P.M.
SECTION 2: The effective date of this resolution shall
be February 15, 1990.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January
1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bohnenberger, Bosworth,
Rushowrth, Mayor Fena
NOES: Council Member Sniff
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
