A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE REPORT OF THE ENGINEER FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1990-1991 IN CONNECTION WITH LA
QUINTA LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 89-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta, pursuant to
the provisions of Part 2 of the Division 15 of the California Streets
and Highways Code did on April 3, 1990 order the Engineer, Mr.
Jeffrey M. Cooper of BSI Consultants, Inc., to prepare and file a
report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of Part 2, Division
15 of the California Streets and Highways Code, commencing with
Section 22565, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending
June 30, 1991 in connection with La Quinta Landscape and Lighting
Assessment District No. 89-1; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk of the City of La Quinta and the City Clerk has presented the
City Council such report entitled La Quinta Landscape and Lighting
Assessment District No. 89-1, Preliminary Engineer's Report" the
Report"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed
such Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Report, as filed, is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th Day of June 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilman Bohnenberger, Rushworth, Sniff & Mayor Pena
