A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE TIME OF
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.04.010,
the City Council does hereby establish the meeting time for regular
meetings of the City Council to be at 3:00 F.M. with public
hearings to be held at 7:00 F.M.
SECTION 2: The effective date of this resolution shall
be January 1, 1991.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of December,
1990 by the following vote..
