RESOLUTION NO. 92- 36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
CLOSURE OF AND NO PARKING ON CALLE ESTADO DURING
SPECIAL EVENTS TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY EVENINGS,
BEGINNING APRIL 17, 1992 THROUGH OCTOBER 30, 1992
INCLUSIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California, that upon authorization by the City Engineer,
that Calle Estado will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic
during the hours of 5:30 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. on all Fridays from
April 17, 1992 through October 30, 1992 inclusive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Calle Estado shall be
designated as No Parking" on both sides of the street as well as
in the median parking areas from 5:15 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. on all
Fridays from April 17, 1992 through October 30, 1992 inclusive, and
that violators will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bohnenberqer, Rushworth, Sniff
and Mayor Pena
