RESOLUTION NO. 92 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE TEMPORARY
CLOSURE OF CALLE ESTADO DURING SPECIAL EVENTS
TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY EVENINGS,
STARTING NOVEMBER 6, 1992
THROUGH OCTOBER 30, 1993
INCLUSIVE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta
that upon authorization by the City engineer that Calle Estado be
temporarily closed to vehicle traffic from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
on Friday evenings for the above dates. The City Council also
resolves that Calle Estado be designated as No Parking on both
sides of the street, as well as in the median parking areas from
5:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on those same evenings, and that violators
will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October
1992 by the following vote:
