A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE TEMPORARY
CLOSURE OF CALLE ESTADO DURING A SPECIAL EVENT
TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 1993
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta
that upon authorization by the City engineer that Calle Estado be
temporarily closed to vehicle traffic from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
on April 3, 1993. The City Council also resolves that Calle Estado
be designated as No Parking on both sides of the street, as well as
in the median parking areas from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on that
same date and that violators will be towed at the vehicle owners
expense.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1993, by
the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Banqerter, McCartney, Perkins, Sniff
& Mayor Pena
