RESOLUTION NO.93-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
REPORT OF THE ENGINEER FOR flSCAL YEAR 1993-
1994 IN CONNECTION WITH LA QUINTA LANDSCAPE
AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.89-i
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta, pursuant to the provisions of Part
2 of the Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code did on March 16, 1993 order
the Engineer, Mr. Jeffrey M. Cooper of BSI Consultants, Inc. to prepare and file a report in
accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 and Part 2, Division 15 of the California Streets and
Highways Code, commencing with Section 22565, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1993
and ending June 30, 1994 in connection with La Quinta Landscape and Lighting Assessment
District No.89-i; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of La
Quinta and the City Clerk has presented the City Council such report entitled **La Quinta
Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 89-1,. Preliminary Engineer's Report** the
**Report"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed such Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Report, as filed, is hereby approved.
