RESOLUTION NO. 93 71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING A GIFT
WHEREAS, the individual and/or entities specified in the
attached list Exhibit *`A") have generously donated the specified
amount of funds for the use of the specified purpose.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
the donation and to direct the City Manager to ensure the funds are
spent for the designated purchases.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta
does hereby RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City of La Quinta hereby accepts the donations
listed in Exhibit *
