A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING STREET
NAME CHANGES WITHIN TRACT 23268
CASE NO.: STREET NAME CHANGE 93-005 CITY OF LA QUINTA
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of La Quinta, California, did
on the 26th day of October, 1993, in accordance with Section 14.08.110 of the La Quinta
Municipal Code consider a change in the street names West Harland Drive to Forbes Circle and
Lowe Drive to Bradford Circle; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of La Quinta, did on the 26th
day of October, 1993, recommended approval to the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta did on the 21st day of
December, 1993, consider the Planning Commission recommendation for Street Name Change
93-005; and,
WHEREAS, said City Council at the meeting held on the 21st day of December,
1993, did find the following facts and reasons to approve Street Name Change 93-005:
1. This street name change does not conflict with any approved specific plan, the I-a Quinta
General Plan, and the La Quinta Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance.
2. The owners of all land adjacent to the affected street name change have been notified and
have not indicated any objection to the change in the street name.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta as follows:
1. That the City Council has followed the requirements of the La Quinta Municipal Code,
Chapter 14.08 pertaining to Street Name Changes.
2. That the City Council hereby approves Street Name Change 934)05 changing the street
names from West Harland Drive to Forbes Circle and Lowe Drive to Bradford Circle.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 21st day of December, 1993, by the following vote to wit:
