A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING A GIFT
WHEREAS, the La Quinta Employee's Association has generously donated the equipment
specified in the attached Exhibit A".
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby RESOLVE as
follows:
1. The City of La Quinta hereby accepts the equipment
listed in Exhibit A"
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members McCartney, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pro Tem Bangerter
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
