A RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF LA
QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED
RESOLUTION 94-18
ANNEXATION #9
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission *AFCO) of the County
of Riverside reviewed Council Resolution 94-1* and recommended changes; and,
WHEREAS, a new resolution was prepared and accepted by LAFCO for
recording.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California that Council Resolution 94-18 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 15th day of March, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Nccartney, Perkins, Sniff,
Mayor Pena
