A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT
WHEREAS, Robert and An Paeff have generously donated blood pressure
equipment as specified in the attached *Exhibit A"; and
WHEREAS, it is the best interest of the City to accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City of La Quinta hereby accepts the equipment listed in Exhibit A"
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on the 7th day of June, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, McCartney, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor
