A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA AUTHORIZING THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN
ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
authorize the office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of
California to purchase 2) mini trucks, Ford Rangers for and on behalf of the City of La
Quinta pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that the Director of Building
& Safety or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the
City of La Quinta.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1994, by the
following vote:
