F A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'Y
OF LA QUINTA ESTABLISHING FEES RELATING TO
SPECIAL ADVERTISING DEVICES APPLICATION
REVIEW FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta has adopted Section
5.64.040 of the La Quinta Municipal Code in 1982 establishing the provision to adopt fees by
resolution for the processing of Special Advertising Devices; and,
WHEREAS, the State Government Code provides that fees may be collected to
cover the cost of administering permits, plan review, and inspection acflviues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the La Quinta City Council in
regular session assembled on December 20, 1994, established that the following fees as
contained in Exhibit *`A", attached hereto, are hereby adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOFIED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 2Oth day of December, 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member McCartney
ABSTMN: None
