CC Resolution 1995-005^ G RESOLUTION NO.95-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR USE OF THE LA QUINTA SENIOR CENTER FACILITY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta recognizes the benefit to the community that is provided by efficient and effective scheduling and maintenance of Senior Center facilities; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to regulate use fees and policies governing Senior Center Facilities and to provide guidelines to City Staff to monitor scheduling and use of facilities, ensuring maintenance and use policies are enforced; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a policy regulating the use of the Senior Center Facility. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta, California, as follows: SECTION 1: The fees for use shall be established annually in the budget to cover the full cost of the use of the facility, including, but not limited to overtime staff costs, audio-visual equipment and a per kilowatt hour cost for electricity. The fees for Fiscal Year 1995/96 shall be as delineated in Exhibit A" and shall be in full force and effect on and after February 7, 1995. DEPOSIT: The City may withhold all, or a portion of the deposit if cleanup is required.
