A RESOLUTION OF IHE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CFTY OF LA QUINTA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ENGINEER FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1995196 IN CONNE*ON WITH LA QUINTA LANDSCAPE AND
LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 89-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta, pursuant to the provisions of Part 2
of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code did on February 7, 1995 order the
Engineer, Mr. Jeffrey M. Cooper of Berryman and Henigar, to prepare and file a report in
accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 and Part 2, Division 15 of the California Streets and
Highways Code, commencing with Section 22565, for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 1995 and
ending June 30, 1996 in connection with La Quinta landscape and Lighting District 89-1; and
WREREAS, the.Engineer has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of La
Quinta and the City Clerk has presented the City Council such report entitled La Quinta landscape
and Lighting Assessment District 89-1, Preliminary Engineer's Report" the TMReport"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed such Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DEThRMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Report, as filed, is hereby approved.
