RESOL*ON NO.95-22
A RESOL*ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, DESIGNATING ThE EMERGENCY
CORPS COMMANDER OR DESIGNEE TO THE
MULTI AGENCY COORDINATION SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED, the Area Operational Organization as defined by Senate Bill 1841
requires participation in the Multi Agency Coordination System; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The City of La Quinta Ordinance No.48 designates the
City Manager as the Emergency Corps Commander.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Emergency Corps Commander or Designee will represent the
City of La Quinta in the Multi Agency Coordination System.
