RESOLUTION NO.95-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT'
WHEREAS, The Friends of the La Quinta Senior Center has generously donated
the furniture and equipment specified in the attached Exhibit A".
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of La Quinta hereby accepts the equipment listed in
attached Exhibit A"
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1995 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Cathcart, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
NOES: None
