RESOLUTION NO.95-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC USE AS
RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
WHEREAS, each parcel of real property hereinafter described was heretofore offered
for dedication to public use for road purposes as set forth on the subdivision maps hereinafter
referred to, which offers of dedication have not heretofore been accepted by the La Quinta City
Council, or the Riverside County Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, public convenience and welfare now require the use by the public of said
real property for road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE THAT the offer of dedication of the real
property hereinafter described, as set forth on the subdivision maps hereinafter referred to, are
accepted, and each parcel of said real property is declared open for public use and purposes as
City roads. Said real properties are located in La Quinta, California, and described as follows:
Lot C, designated as Calle Hueneme; Lot D, designated as Calle Iloilo; Lot E,
designated as Calle Jacumba; Lot F, designated as Calle Kalima; Lot I, designated as
Avenida Nuestra; said lots are shown on map of Desert Club Tract Unit No.2, filed in
Book 20, Page 6 of Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Cathcart, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
