RESOLUTION NO.95-34
A RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS
TO THE LA QUINTA SENIOR CENTER
WHEREAS, various donations have been made to the La Quinta Senior Center
as specified in the attached *Exhibit A'; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City of La Quinta hereby accepts donation of the items listed in
Exhibit A".
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on the 6th day of June, 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Cathcart, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
NOES: None
