A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GWr
WHEREAS, The Friends of the La Quinta Senior Center has generously donated
the furniture and equipment specified in the attached Exhibit *A".
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of La Quinta hereby accepts the equipment listed in
attached Exhibit *`A"
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1995 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, Cathcart, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
