A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ENGINEER OF RECORD
TO PREPARE THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 89-1
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996/97
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division * 5 of the California
Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 22565, an annual report must be prepared
for the fiscal year commencing July 1, * 996 and ending June 30, 1997 in connection with La Quinta
Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No.89-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Jeffrey M. Cooper of Berryman & Henigar, the person designated by this Council as the
Engineer of Record for Assessment District 89-1, is hereby directed to prepare the
Preliminary Engineer's Report in accordance with the provisions of the Landscape and Lighting
Act of 1972.
