A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REPORT OF
THE ENGINEER FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997198 IN
CONNECTION WITH LA QUINTA LANDSCAPE AND
LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 89-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Quinta, pursuant to the
provisions of Part 2 of Division 1 5 of the California Streets and Highways Code, did
on August 6, 1996, order the Engineer, Mr. Jeffrey M. Cooper of Berryman and
Henigar, to prepare and file a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 and Part
2, Division 1 5 of the California Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section
22565, for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 1 997 and ending June 30, 1 998 in
connection with La Quinta Landscape and Lighting Assessment District 89-1; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the
City of La Quinta and the City Clerk has presented the City Council such report entitled
La Quinta Landscape and Lighting Assessment District 89-1, Preliminary Engineer's
Report" the Report); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed such
Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Report, as filed, is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of Nay* 1997 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Holt
