A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GIFT
WHEREAS, The Friends of the La Quinta Senior Center have generously
donated the equipment specified in the attached Exhibit A".
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City ci La Quinta hereby accepts the equipment
listed in Exhibit A".
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1 997 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Holt
