A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT
WHEREAS, on October 22, 1 998, Phyllis Toger generously donated to the
Community Services Department, a gift of a Minolta X-3OOsIX-370N Camera with
zoom lens and case to be used by the Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the gifts were offered for donation to the City of La Quinta and were
not given to or limited to the use of any particular employee or official; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of La Quinta to accept the
donation.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
The City of La Quinta hereby accepts the donation of a Minolta X-3OOsIX-370N
Camera with zoom lens and case.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1 998 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
