A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE THE
PRELIMINARY ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 89-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 1 5 of the
California Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 22565, an annual
report must be prepared for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1 999 and ending June
30, 2000 in connection with La Quinta Landscape and Lighting Assessment District
No.89-i.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Chris A. Vogt, City Fngineer for Assessment District 89-1, is hereby
directed to prepare the Preliminary Engineer's Report in accordance with the provisions
of the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1 972.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1 999, by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Pena
