RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA APPOINTING A CITY TREASURER?.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Larry Allen is appointed City Treasurer, to serve
until relieved or a new City Treasurer is appointed by this City
Council and assumes the duties of the Office.
SECTION 2. He shall serve without compensation subject, how-
ever, to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred
in the performance of official duties for the City.
