NESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA APPOINTING A CITY MANAGER AND
CITY CLERK.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby resolve
as follows,
SECTION 1. Frank M. Usher is appointed City Manager and
City Clerk, to serve on mn interim basis for a period of three
months or until earlier relieved or a new City ~.ansger is
appointed by this City Council and assumes the duties of the
Office.
SECTION 2, He shall receive a salary for services rendered,
at a rate of $~,500 per month, p~yable at such time, within
a maximum of three months, as the City's cash flow is adequate
to make such payment. As of approximately July 1, 19aZ, the
City Council shall m~ke a performance evaluation relative to
the work of the City Manager.
