nESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA UINTA APPOINTING A CITY ATTORNEY.
The City Council of the City of La quinta does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Raymond E. Ott is appointed City Attorney on an
interim basis, to serve for s?e period of three months or until
earlier relieved or a new City Attorney is appointed by this City
Council and assumes the duties of the Office.
SECTION 2. He ha1l receive a salary for services rendered,
at the rate of $1,250 per month, payable at the conclusion of the
three-month period as aforesaid.
