RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA DESIGNATING THE OFFICERS OF THE
CITY WHO SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO FILE COPIES OF
DOCUMENTS, AS REQUIRED, WITH STATE AND COUNTY
OFFICES AND OFFICERS.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby resolve
as follows:
The Mayor of the City of La Quinta, the City Manager, the City
Clerk and the City Attorney are each appointed an authorized agent
of the City of La Quinta, California for the filing with those State
of California and County of Riverside offices and officers, of o?di-
nances and resolutions and such other documents, as may be required
for the proper and efficient conduct of City business.
