RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA DETERMINING THAT ALL ORDINANCES
AND CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS SHALL BE POSTED RATHER
THAN PUBLISHED, AND DESIGNATING THE PUBLIC
PLACES WHERE SUCH POSTING SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby determine
and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section of the Government Code
of the State of California, this City Council determines that all
ordinances, and such resolutions as are required by law to be pub
lished, be posted in at least three public places designated in
Section 2, of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. The following public places within the City limits
of the City of La Quinta are designated and established for the
posting of all adopted Ordinances, of such Resolutions as are
required by law to be published or posted, and of such notices as
are required by law to be published:
A. La Quinta City Hall, 78100 Calle Tampico;
B. La Quinta Post Office, 5l?21 Avenida Bermudas;
C. La Quinta Community Center, 77861 Avenida
Montezuma.
