RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUI?TA REQUESTING THE CALIF-
ORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TO CONTINUE TO
PROVIDE TRAFFIC ENFORCE??ENT ITHIN THE
CITY.
The City Council. of the City of La Quinta does hereby re-
solve as follows:
The California Highway Patrol is respectfully requested
to continued to furnish traffic enforcement within the re-
cently incorporated City of La Quinta for such period of time
into the future as may be provided or permissible under law,
or until this City Council requests termination of such ser-
vices, whichever situation may be applicable.
