CC Resolution 1982-012& RESOLUTION NO. 82-12
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA AUTHORIZING AND ES-
TABLISHING A PETTY CASH FUND TO BE
MAINTAINED AT THE CITY HALL.
HEREAS, it is necessary to establish at the La Quinta City
Rail. a Petty Cash Fund for immediate purchase of miscellaneous
supplies and other materials of a minor nature;
NOW THEP?EFORE, the City Counci? of the City of La Quinta
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a Petty Cash Fund in
a sum not to exceed $200.00, to be maintained at the City Hall.
SECTION 2. Not less than quarterly, the City anager shall
transmit to each member of the City Counci? a detailed report
listing expenditures made from said fund.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized and directed to
cause said Petty Cash Fund to be replenished from time to time
in such amount as may be necess?ry to cover such miscellaneous
expenditures, but said fund shall at no time exceed the total sum
of $200.00.
