A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA TO ACCEFT AND
CONSENT TO DEEDS OR GRANTS CONVEYING ANY INTEREST
IN OR EA?EASEMENT UBON REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of La Quinta,
California, is hereby authorized as the officer or agent of the City of
La Quinta, to accept and consent to deeds and grants conveying an
interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of La Quinta, a
Municipal Corporation, for public purpose?.
SECTION That this authorization is adopted in accordance with
the provisions of Section 7?81 of the Government Code and the City
Clerk i? hereby instructed to record a certified copy of this Resolution
with the County Recorder of Riverside County.
