A RESOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE
CITY MANAGER.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Frank M. Usher is appointed City Manager for the
City of La Quinta, effective July 1, 1982, to serve at the pleasure
of the City Council, subject to the provisions of Chapter 2.08 of
the 1unicipal Code and of Section 2 of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. His initial salary, benefits and other terms and
conditions of employment shall be as outlined in that certain
communication from him dated July 2, i982, a copy of which is,
and shall remain, on file in the office of the City Clerk.
