The reason for this change is to remove the confusion to the public. They see the Senior Center as being more encompassing because of the title. The name Community Services has proved to be a real misnomer. In order to complete the change, the job description would need to be amended. I have attached a proposed amendmened description for consideration. Also attached, is the current job description. 3 BIB] 12-28-1998-U01 09:48:45AM-U01 BASIC-U01 CC-U02 04-U02 25-U02 1990-U02 ing -> 10tM SENIOR CENTER COORDINATOR RANGE 43 $23,484 $28,548) THE POSITION: Under direction, plans, organizes and coordinates a wide variety of community service, recreational and cultural programs and activities for senior citizens.
