A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A CITY
TREASURER.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Larry Cunningham is appointed City Treasurer,
to serve until relieved or a new City Treasurer is appointed
by this City Council and assumes the duties of the Office.
SECTION 2. He shall serve without compensation sub?ect,
however, to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses
incurred in the performance of official duties for the City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1982.
