CC Resolution 1983-004' RESOLUTION NO. 83-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE
CITY ENGINEER.
The City Council of the City of La Quinta, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Richard E. McCoy is appointed City Engineer for
the City of La Quinta. In Mr. Mccoy's absence or inability to
act, Peter J. Duca is appointed to act as City Engineer of the
city of La Quinta.
SECTION 2. Section 1 of Resolution No. 82-7 by which the
County Engineer of Riverside County was appointed as the City
Engineer, is rescinded.

bank you for this opportunity to submit this proposal.
*??ca-f?Coy, Inc. has been in business since 197? d
presently functions as City Engineer for four cities in
the Coachella Valley.
The two princi?les of the firm have a combined experience
2 years of civil engineering ranging from private to
public projects.
We would propose to serve your community a minimum of
twelve hours per week, used at your judgement at the hourly
rate of?,.?4O.OO per hour. This time will be spent as administration,
construction inspection and any function as may be necessary
and useful.
The fees for plan checking are contained on a seperate
sheet. An important fea?ture that we provide is that the
plan check turn around time is within two weeks from receipt.
During the time that we are not physically in the city, we
will be as close as the phone for any questions or advice as
the city may desire at no additional cost.
We are anixous and willing to work with you in any manner
acceptable to the city.
