CC Resolution 1983-008' RESOLUTION NO.83-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING ANGLE
PARKING IN THE CENTER OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
CALLE ESTADO AND CALLE LA FONDA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
that pursuant to Section 12.28.070 of the La Quinta Municipal
Code, angle parking shall be permitted on the following designated
portions of streets:
1) In the center portion of the divided roadway
of Calle Estado between Avenida Bermudas and
Desert Club Drive, in such locations and
spaces as shall be determined and appropriately
indicated by markings or signs by the City
Engineer.
2) In the center portion of the divided roadway
of Calle La Fonda between Avenida Bermudas
and Desert Club Drive, in such locations and
spaces as shall be determined and appropriately
indicated by markings or signs by the City
Engineer.
